Rover pipeline seeks FERC approval to put facilities into service

Energy Transfer Partners' Rover natural gas pipeline has asked federal regulators for permission to begin service on additional facilities so stranded Northeast shale gas can be transported to Midwest markets, according to Platts. Rover’s latest in-service request to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) involves mainline compressor stations, mainline pipeline segments and a Vector Pipeline delivery meter station.
