Report: Blue Racer back on track with Northeast Ohio processing plant

Blue Racer Midstream LLC’s plans to construct a $70 million natural gas processing plant in southeastern Mahoning County, Ohio appears to be back on track, reports the Business Journal in Youngstown. Citing a report published by Texas-based Industrial Info Resources Inc., the newspaper says Blue Racer would like to start construction on the plant by September 2015, and finish the project by June 2016. Blue Racer Midstream, a joint venture between Dominion and Caiman Energy, announced plans in 2012 for the plant and a pipeline network in the northern part of the Utica shale play.
