Phillips 66 starts shipping LPG from Texas export facility

Houston-based Phillips 66 has started shipping cargo from its new liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) export terminal in Freeport, Texas, reports The news site says the terminal takes liquefied petroleum gas from facilities in Sweeny, Texas that separate natural gas liquids into ethane, butane and propane. Phillips 66 Chairman and CEO Greg Garland lauded the facility’s ability to easily move multiple grades of LPG “directly into global markets.” For more, read the full story.
