Ohio EPA investigates Rover Pipeline spill

Crews working on the Rover Pipeline in northern Ohio spilled drilling fluid in wetland areas in Stark and Richland counties, reports the Canton Repository. Citing paperwork filed with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the newspaper says one spill occurred in a wetland adjacent to the Tuscarawas River south of Navarre in Stark County, while the other was in Mifflin Township east of Mansfield.
