New wastewater recycling plant in Carroll County will open on Dec. 1

On Dec. 1, Youngstown-based equipment rental company Iron Eagle will begin operations at its new water recycling plant, which is located in Sherrodsville in Carroll County – a hot spot in the Utica shale play, Crain's Cleveland Business reports. North Canton-based Rettew Flowback designed the plant, which will be capable of recycling 588,000 gallons of wastewater per day, including "precipitation run-off from drilling sites and brine from producing wells."
