Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District transfers Harrison County mineral rights from EnerVest Energy to America Energy-Utica

The Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District approved Houston-based EnerVest Energy's request to partially assign three mineral rights leases covering 132.96 acres in Harrison County at Clendening Reservoir to former Chesapeake Energy CEO Aubrey McClendon's new company, America Energy-Utica, the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
