MarkWest Energy Partners expects employment to grow in the Ohio River Valley

With $2.2 billion invested into "pipelines, processing and fractionation plants" in the Ohio River Valley, Denver-based MarkWest Energy Partners currently has "2,500 construction employees working to build the Harrison County plants and the pipeline network to which they connect," The Herald-Star reports. Although the company's Cadiz facility has only eight full-time permanent jobs, the company anticipates that number will grow as these facilities mature.
