Company wants to build natural-gas fired power plant in eastern Ohio

Houston-based EmberClear Corp. wants to build a 1,000-megawatt, natural gas-fired power plant in the Harrison County Industrial Park in Cadiz, Ohio, according to the Times Reporter in New Philadelphia.
