Company constructs housing for oil and gas workers in Belmont County

Jeru Real Estate, a Belmont County construction company, changed its operating structure to cater to the demands of the oil and gas industry by building "structures and houses in Barnesville to be used solely" by workers in that industry, WTOV9 reports. The company exclusively constructs 10,000-square-foot buildings "for shale and pipeline companies to lease out," and is also is also constructing homes and hotels in the area for the influx of workers, the report said.
