BP North America Gas is using a temporary pipeline to haul water to two Trumbull County wells

BP North America Gas is using a temporary above-ground pipeline instead of trucks to transport water for two wells in Trumbull County, the Tribune Chronicle reports. The pipeline is replacing the approximately 1,500 truckloads of water needed for each well, however, the wastewater produced after the hydraulic fracturing process is completed must be trucked out for proper disposal. Water transport is currently being planned for BP's fourth, fifth and sixth planned test wells in Trumbull County, the article said. For more, read the full story.
