240-mile Ohio pipeline could be dead in the water

Pipeline developer Kinder Morgan has not acted on a proposed $520 million pipeline project that would stretch across Ohio since the Ohio Power Siting Board rejected its application more than a year ago, according to an article in the Mansfield News Journal. The pipeline would have crossed 15 Ohio counties as it carried gas from the Marcellus shale formation in the eastern part of the state to a larger pipeline near Toledo, the article said.
