Activity underway for Appalachia-to-Texas pipeline
 

Houston-based Enterprise Products Partners has signed an 18-month lease with the Coshocton Port Authority for a 23-acre site where it will store pipe for its Appalachia-to-Texas  (ATEX) Express Pipeline project, Coshocton Tribune reports (See the Nov 21, 2011 blog – “Company proposes gas pipeline that crosses 13 counties”). Beginning in Washington, Pennsylvania, the 16-inch pipeline “will travel 261 miles through 13 Ohio counties” – following an existing pipeline easement through Oxford, Linton, Franklin, Virginia and Washington townships – on its way to Seymour, Indiana, where it will “connect with an existing Enterprise pipeline,” the article said.
